That's a great program. Make sure all your movements are perfect to avoid any injury and such.

Also make sure your diet is on point, as that's more than half the battle.

BIll Starr's is a program I am going to use when the season ends. I have heard lots of good things about it.

Long version:

Consistency is all-important.

The most commonly overlooked factor in successful fitness training is emotionally charged goal-setting. If it mattered enough to you, you wouldn't be "demotivated" (quoted to emphasize that this is not a word in the English language :D ). Try setting emotional goals on a daily, weekly, trimonthly (every 3 months) and yearly basis. The idea is to set long term goals which can be ambitious (and thereby emotionally charged and idealized) while maintaining urgency and accountability (and preventing procrastination or "demotivation") with short-term deadlines.

The vast majority of people spend more time planning their television viewing schedule than they do their lifestyle. Does that seem right to you?

Short version: Don't wuss out. It's worth it. :)
