Some Pics

Hey everybody,

After registering on this forum a couple of weeks ago, and after deliberating in my head on whether I should or should not, I decided to post some pics. I've been working out since New Years, so 6 full months. I'm 5'10, and I'm currently at 155 lbs. My body fat was initiallyat 18%, it's now at 10. I'm looking to put on some lean muscle, add some weight. Any input that any of you have, on diet, on exercise, on anything, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
i am not an expert ..but i am a girl so a girl`s point of view is u need to Bulk!!!..:D

bulk, definitely bulk.

now that you have lost all that extra weight, it's time to put it back on. Add some major lifting to your routine and increase the calorie intake. Next thing you know you'll have some muscle and you'll be needing to cut to get rid of that extra fat all over again :D
