Soft buttock and thighs Help

I am 46 years old. Never been strong on sports. I am 5"6 and 125 pounds. Not bad but, thighs and buttock are like JELLO !!!! No firmness at all, plus some cellulite :(

I don't have workout equipments so can somebody tell me what kind of exercice I can do at home to get more firm...

I would start by doing some cardio, wether it be riding a bike, or jogging, jumproping is excelent too. all of these will burn fat and help to tone out. You cant spot reduce fat, so if you have some to reduce its going to come off the entire body. try incorporating 30 min 4 days a week of cardio work of some sort.

ooohh Lunges do amazing things for your thighs!

If you don't have any work-out equipment, I would suggest walking/jogging. The cardio exercise will really help you to lose some excess fat... Nothing crazy - just 30-60 minutes a day at a brisk pace.
