heres new updated pictures from the beach saturday!....i still loOk horrible in a bikini...and ive been stucK at 135-136 for almost 3 weeks now my period was due 29th but i still didnt get it.i did change my exercise by doing Tae Bo which is more intense then pilates!!..i dont know if im stuck beacuse of the water weight or what!! but its making me so frustrated and emotional that i just eat even more when im depressing..i just want this to be over already!!
i dont eat much of salt either, i think im gonna do a strict diet and just eat salads all day or something.i just feel like giving up but i dont want to beacuse then ill just gain everything back and id rather be 136 then 150!!

You have some beautiful curves! DON'T GIVE UP! The rest of your weight will come off, you'll see. You are right to make a change or two, at least temporarily, to try and jump start. But don't make the mistake of starving, because IT NEVER WORKS.
