So tired of looking like this

heres new updated pictures from the beach saturday!....i still loOk horrible in a bikini...and ive been stucK at 135-136 for almost 3 weeks now my period was due 29th but i still didnt get it.i did change my exercise by doing Tae Bo which is more intense then pilates!!..i dont know if im stuck beacuse of the water weight or what!! but its making me so frustrated and emotional that i just eat even more when im depressing..i just want this to be over already!!
:( i dont eat much of salt either, i think im gonna do a strict diet and just eat salads all day or something.i just feel like giving up but i dont want to beacuse then ill just gain everything back and id rather be 136 then 150!!

DONT GIVE UP!! Its just taking longer bc you dont have much more weight to lose!! I was the same way..it does get frusterating but KEEP AT IT!! Youll get there!! DONT WORRY!!! YOU LOOK SO MUCH DIFFERENT, BE PROUD AND KEEP IT UP!!!
 
Wow! Huge Improvement! you look great, really you do!! Keep trying to reach your goals, make look at some of the other threads for advice about your weight maintenance
 
:seeya: You have some beautiful curves! DON'T GIVE UP! The rest of your weight will come off, you'll see. You are right to make a change or two, at least temporarily, to try and jump start. But don't make the mistake of starving, because IT NEVER WORKS.

You will get there, and you will look STUNNING when you do!

thanks guy :) im just an impatient person!!..lol

how long could it take? i mean since its slow for me now how long can it take??? i dont want to stay at this weight for more than a month....and i dont want to lose 1 pound a month :cry:
 
What changed in your mindset between Feeling good here
and now...

i dont know....i think its beacuse with clothes i look better and in a bikini i can tell i have alot of work to do. and now my weight isnt moving so fast so it bugs me as well, i have stresful issues at home and with my diet getting so hard it stresses me out also and i get into depress mode.
 
:seeya: Hmmm...I wonder what you are eating or which programme you are following. Your comment that "the diet is getting so hard" sends up some red flags for me. Your healthy eating must be sustainable to actually become your LIFESTYLE.

Sorry to hear that things are stressful on the home front! Welcome to my world - and the world in general, I guess. However, troubles are usually cyclical, so either hang in there or figure out how to change it, and things will soon be right.

thanks...for eating i eat regular food except for fried foods in oil i dont eat pastas anymore ( sucks beacuse my husband is italian & its pasta everyday)
and i dont have the junk food either, and i dont eat meat only chicken & pork and i only have one piecefor dinner , so i def dont get enough protein im always under.

in the mornings i have coffee or tea latley ive been drinking tea beacuse there is no calories and all and i dont have to add the milk like coffee...just sugar. and with that i always have a quaker oatmeal bar or muffin bar. for lunch i would eat something frozen like a quesadilha or i make some rice or pasta that comes in those bags that cooks in 7 mintues..for dinner i eat pork or chicken not fried and ill prolly have mash potatoes or corn with it whatever i make...and for a snack at night ill have a graniola bar or a chocolate snack portein bar. and thats it i do keep it under my calories.

and for lunch right now im gonna have a salad with fat free dressing and croutons and bacon bits,...yes the croutons and bacon bits arent all that great but i keep track of how much i put and i cant just eat plain slada...lol
