So this is where i am at after roughly 1.5 years

No-one is perfect, my newest forum friend. While I agree diet is king and the nutrients can be the decision maker, one fruit item just contributes a small fraction to the total circumference of the diet application of the body.

Good luck with more progress. Glad to see you around. The members are here to help one another.

And, I think this pic was used before.

What pic was used before and where? You seen this pic of me somewhere else?

I agree on the apples only being a small part, but i really think apples are the wonder food of the world.

Lookin good man, theres a lot of people on here that would really like to get to where you are right now.

I think you will need to up your calorie intake and increase the intensity of your resistance training to really push on that last 5-10 lbs of muscle. How does the diet look at the minute calorie wise?

LOL. WE dont want the other forum members thinking this way though. While I agree its good fruit to consume, there are other fruits that are JUST AS noteworthy--if not more so--dependent--on the nutrient we are speaking, and the corresponding need of the body.

Nope apples are best dude...sorry:)

Anyway...been focusing on back more now. Not much has changed but since the last time I have gained maybe 2 pounds of muscle.

I would put the Grapefruit against the apple any day of the week, and twice on sunday, and oh, well, lets make three times on monday. :)

Still sitting at about 168lbs
Going to switch my attention to core. I want to get more defined abs

Grapefruit eh? interesting I will have to start buying them more often.
Is there any reason you are putting them is the same league as the great one (apple) ahahaha

I was just messen, with ya.

The totalty of the diet.....defines the abs, however. Its a simple function of low body fat and the genetic composition to back up diet and training.

(Edit: Manipulating the circumference of that diet in the position you are in, will get the job done. Sure, keep eating the apple for one area of fruit. But, if you really want better defined abs TURN UP your want-o-meter, open up your mind in how the body works with various nutrients, and calories, and taylor your caloric needs--specifically--to your specific activities and body composition, and you WILL get those more defined abs along with a good training plan. And, I havent mentioned ab work yet.)
