So, I'm gonna take a crack at this. I'm doing this completely on my own, and really need the back up and motivation that everyone seems to have on this site. I have a 10 month old daughter, and since she's been born, of course, my body has never been the same. Before she was born, I never had to watch what I ate, or exercise, so this is a huge change for me. I'm not sure I have the will power to diet and exercise everyday, but let me tell you I sure have the guilt. I'd like to lose about 20 lbs. I want to tone and shape up. Mainly, I want to become healthy. It's really hard when everyone around me is eating fast food and junk all the time! It's easier to just give in. I need some help with diet and exercise plans, so anything anyone has that will help, please feel free to share! Thanks! Wish me luck!!!
