So I just hit my 1-Month Mark and I'm Really Happy with it.
I'm a 15 Year old Male 6'2 and I have been Overweight since I was 7 or so and and on January 16th I started Looking on the Web for Diet Tips, Daily Calorie Intake for Males,Average Weight and Work Out Plans (I got a Gold's Gym Member -Ship for my 14th Birthday But did nothing....So I started On January 23rd. I lost 5lbs Already Doing Completely nothing Just cutting out Diet Soda's and Watching what I ate.....So My Starting of my Diet was 265(270 While Doing Research)
But I Started and so far I have gone from 270 to 247 In Just a Month,
Basically here's what my Weight Per Week was:
Research Week: 270
Starting Weight: 265
1st Week: 256
2nd Week: 254 ( I Didn't Get to go to the Gym due to staying with a family member while Parents were out of town)
3rd Week: 251
4th Week: 247
So yeah for being only 15 I'm Really happy with my self...I already am starting to look really good and all I have done Was ask the Trainers every now and then for tips(Not Paying any money...Just Starting up a quick Conversation)....And My Cloths won't stay on me anymore so I have to go shopping this week for new cloths =)
But Anyways. My Goal Is to be 215 LBS or 210 LBS...Since my body is Large framed...But if I stay at 3lbs or more a week I should be done in like 2 1/2-3 Months...And to me this isn't a Diet...It's a Life Style Change Because Now I'm a Health Freak and I love going to the gym....If anyone can give me some tips that would really help me!
