So ive kinda tried alot of thins for my abs.but no results

Yeah, I know. When I do it I usually do 10 reps and I can feel it for the rest of the day. It's also a good one to do anywhere - while driving, in line. I like doing it while I'm walking - it's great for an energy boost!

wow.. i gotta try that:p have you noticed any good results since u started this? and not only in looks.. but in function?:p

so, breethe inn with chest, flex abs really tight and keep the stomach from getting pumped up, exhale while you suck your stomach inn. Still flexing all abs, or only sucking the stomach inn?

Definitely flexing on the exhale, that's key.

I've been lucky to always have defined abs (even before I know that girls liked it!), so I can't really say how it helps with definition. I CAN say, however, that in my aikido classes, when I get punched in the stomach, I barely feel it. My teacher hit me full on, and I seriously didn't even blink - it was awesome.

Try for a couple days, you'll definitely notice a difference.

I do a variety of exercise videos, and when I started doing the stomach ones with a weight or even the two that they show, I got definition within a matter of a few weeks!

do consider this advice

hi,

Well first of all you obviously need to make some changes in your diet. You could consider having some high protien nutritional drink in the morning or any time of the day.

Other than that you could have some green tea (alternative to caffienne or tea). It high antioxidant content could eliminate free radical and oxidants(a byproduct of exercise) in the body thus aiding in muscle recovery. Whether you take it before or after exercise is your choice. I take it 1 hour before exercise and have seen significant decrease in recovery time and post-exercise soreness (almost nil).

Also working too much of a particular body part is not a good idea. you should feel energised and active after the workout and not tired and exausted.

Lasty considering that fat is not your problem, you can consider doing your sit up or crunches with light to moderate weights. Reseach show that muscles do consume fats in the body even at rest if im not mistaken.

It should also add some definition to your abs

good luck,
Benny
