Ok so I think I will post daily - diet, exercise and maybe measurements.
The only problem is that I can't buy a scale or measuring tape til I get paid on Friday. Also - UK times in case people are getting confused.
Until then just diet

Today I ate 200g porridge for breakfast and a ham sandwich (brown, no butter, no mayo, with lettuce) for lunch.
Tonight I will hopefully cook up a batch of food for the next 10 or so days. I made 26 veggie burgers yesterday with about £5 of ingredients. So will eat them tonight with a tomato salad.
One glass of fruit juice (a big issue for me!) and a banana as snacks.

Today - nothing so far (booh!)
Was in work very early (8am) so no early morning exercise. I will try to go for a jog tonight. I am really not looking forward to this part but I think once I get over my daytime jogging insecurity, I will be fine.
