I started trying to lose weight in November, I have lost 15 lbs so far down from 165 to 150 at 5'3 tall. I do notice a big difference in my clothes, I went down from a size 13 juniors to 11, I didn't bother with a full body pic yet but I think just in my face shot you can tell I'm much happier with myself and improving in health.
 
Sorry for the late reply, pretty busy lately. Thanx for the encouragemet. I've been eating 1200-1300 calories a day and drinking lots of water, that's it, it sounds easier than it is though but your body gets used to it after a couple of days of starting.
 
Congrats on the self confidence! That is the hardest thing to work on and I am actually jealous that you've overcome that HUGE step...

BTW, looking great in the pictures as well, looking forward to further progress shots.

trying to stay on track

Well since my last weigh in I've only lost another 3 lbs so I'm not off track really, although I'd like to be losing a lot more, but I've had a lot of stress lately and although I've been eating healthy for the most part I've had a couple of slip ups, although I don't stress too much, I know my body and I can feel when I'm going overboard, so hopefully I'll improve in the coming months, I'd like to at least get down to 120 by May so I've got to be pretty disciplined from now on to get there!
