Smoked my previous front squat pr! :D

So today i was feeling good, and decided to go for 85kg front squat, last time i went for a max, it ended at 70kg.

I got down, full squat, on the way up i went up very slow since it was heavy, and i REALLY felt that i wanted to shoot my entire rear end out but i kept going without doing it (would doing it have been bad form? since you should stay pretty upright on front squats because of the bar placement) almost not moving at all, then breaking parallell i just shot up :D

Thanks everyone! Next stop is 100kg :D on saturday im thinking about going for max back squat.
1kg = 2.2046 pounds.
so 85kg is 187 pounds. i know its not alot compared to what many other guys squat, but to my defence ive always been skinny and weak :D

thanks newf, that means alot comming from someone strong :p I guess ive always considered myself as weak, thats why i started working out in the first place, maybe i have to stop that soon :p

lol Yeah i'm a pretty big guy(6 foot), according to FatTrack i'm about %13bodyfat. But i don't like the capliers very much so far. Its pretty hard getting a consistent number.
 
yeah i would like to get my body fat measured too, i think ive gone up quite a bit after i started eating tons, but the extra pounds on the bar makes up for it, ill have no problem getting rid of fat later :p
