I have been working out for about 6months but my arms are still didnt grow noticable like 1 inch or so
I am taking a lot of whey protein and follow good diet
Is it just genetics? or how can I get bigger arms? Any other supplements I should take?
If you are over training your arms this could be the first reason. Back off on arms and focus on heavy compound movements, Eg. Bench Press, Seated rows, chinups etc
