Hey everyone! I've been here before, but I'm back again ... I need to lose this weight. I'm going on vacation in FL in June so I really want to get in control of my body.
I'm 21 years old, 5ft. 11in. tall, and 200 lbs. I want to eventually get down at 140 lbs. but for right now I need to just take this day by day - that seems to be the only thing that keeps me moving
Any and all advice is very helpful! Feel free to drop in
Daily Goals:
1. LOTS of water
2. 45 min. cardio
3. walk or bike ride
4. alternate legs and arms strength training
5. watch my portions & eat healhty
6. write down everything I eat
