skinny with belly and want to gain mass

Pls. Help i wanna gain muscle but i wanna loose my gut too.I read in the forum to gain mass i have to eat more but in unknown reason i feel like that im not gaining mass im only gaining more fat in my belly and in my face.My weight is 155 and my height is 5'9.I eat 3 times a day and i drink protein 2 times a day.I do eliptical training every day 40 min,and i do resistance training every day.

this is my training

mon. bench press -incline, decline, and flyes
tues. shoulder exercise -military press ,side raise and arnold shoulder press
wed. situp pull up etc.
thur. bench and so on.

pls. help i need some advice
 
umm for your gut u need to eat well that and cardio will help you loose it.. for gaining mass make sure you give muscles a rest or things will start to work in reverse and u will b sore (not a good sore), try adding in some squats and leg stuff .. do you have a photo u could post?? how long are you resistance training per day/??

You need a goal.

If you wanna loose weight, follow a low carb diet and exersise lots keeping your heart rate high.

If you wanna gain muscle, eat lots of carbs, lots of protien 5-6 times a day. Get a good training prog, training 3-4 times a week.

Use the search function and find out for yourself. This stuff is written up every day. have a good read through the forum, look at all the posts and you'll soon find what you need.


Remember, if you wanna gain muscle you'll gain weight. If you wanna loose weight, you'll loose muscle to.
