Skinny to 170lbs Challenge (HELP ME PLZ!!)

Ok everyone here's the deal, i am currently 150lbs 5'10" and want to get to 170lbs of pure lean strong muscle in approximately 20 weeks or 140 days. First off is this a possible deadline or am I gonna end up hurting myself cause I don't want that? What I want is to reach this goal in a healthy nutritional way without any harm to my body. Rome wasn't built in a day and I understand that I am just a very goal oriented person.

I need your help designing a diet that will allow me to do this. I know grazing (eating 6-8 meals a day) is the best way to get there and thats what I have been trying but I'm coming up short of the 3155 calories required to gain 1lbs/week. So for you to help me I've narrowed this down to 4 questions:

1) What should meals & snacks should i eat a day?
2) What is the best protein powder & weight gainer I should take? How Often?
3) Should I take Creatine? If so what kind?
4) Post workout nutrition what should I take?

Here's some background information on me:
- I weight train 5 days a week focusing on big muscles legs back and chest. I take 2 days off for muscle recovery and cardio.
- I need to digest 2655 calories/day + 500 calories = 3155calories to gain1lbs a week according to Calorie Intake to Gain Weight
- I currently take ISOFLEX Whey Protein Isolate from ALLMAX Nutrition 3 times daily with 1% milk.

On a humble note thanks very much for your advice and help.
 
It's possible for you to gain that much weight in that amount of time, but given reality, it probably will not be all lean muscle. If you were to eat really clean, you could do a really clean bulk, but probably not 20lbs in 20 weeks.
