Hello all.
This is my first diary entry. I have decided that when I remember, I'm going to post my day, how I feel, and any progress I have made.
So here goes...
So I have been tryng to get into great shape again, and I'm doing so without looking at the scale this week only...
For the past little while I've been getting back into working out and eating less than usual. After over a month of starting fitness classes at my gym (normally workout on my own) I am finallly seeing and feeling progress!! Today I did the Body Pump Class (through Goodlife Fitness), and while it was still a challenge, I found it was so much easier for myself to control my moves with the weights and really give it my all. It goes to show you that perseverence pays off! (On a side note, it is even more of an accomplishment for me to have had so much control in class today, because I'd already worked out on my own for an hour!)
Anyways my food intake today was okay. Could've been better/healthier. For breakfast I had one scrambled egg, and one clementine.
I missed lunch because I was running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to get errands done.
I finally came home to eat half a shrimp ring and made 1 cup of kale in the pan with sundried tomatoes and garlic (absolutely delish!)
So I need to up my calorie intake tomorrow a bit and just keep going healthy. I hope I can get super fit soon!
