Skinny kid, quick question

First things first: Being a toothpick can suck the big one.
I'm a 19 year old guy who gets treated lesser by his friends(not lesser as a person but they call me screech, and little guy stuff like that), looked at on a lower level by girls, and really cant back up his words. I've been a toothpick for 19 years, its time for changes. I'm sick of what i've become...somethings gotta happen.

Could someone just set me up with a simple routine which will bulk up my arms, legs and pecks..not too worried about abs. As for cardio i ride my bike to work everyday so thats taken care of..plus im small....i dont need cardio.

My meals will consist of Chicken, tuna, steaks, vegetables, and whole wheat bread for a good while now. I just want something where i can see changes withen at least 2 months? help a guy out people, it'll only take a minute and will help me a butt-load.

you'll love it to see your body change and become even bigger than those friends who used to pick on you ;p
