Six pack.... Am I a lost cause? :(

I just had some sponge cake with vanilla and chocolate pudding...
 
lol....mmmmmmmm sponge cake... :( i miss those days. Well for some good news, i have been doing alot more running lately (thanx 4 the advice frm fuel) and i have lost more bf and its not just the caliper that says it, u can c it to :) im down to 9.5% bf and i hope to get 8 or below.

I ahve changed my rountine around abit, but if i do whats on them i get sore, does this mean i should cut them down to training only 3 times a week not 4?
 
I got some creatine today, i had it like 40 minutes before my ab workout but the thing is i didnt seem to have anymore energy than i usually do...does it actually do anything or should i be taking more to get more out of it? Coz i only took one scoop like it says
