My six ic is solid at the top then gets crap at tha bottom. need advice n how to build up tha bottom of my pacs. any ideas ????

I'm assuming you have low body fat % and just need to develop your lower abdominals. But just in case: healthy diet, cardio, weight lifting leads to a 6-pack.

If you need exercises for your lower abs, I recommend knee raises, reverse crunches, V-sits, and bicycles (where you touch one elbow to the opposite knee, repeat rather quickly).

Good luck man.

Blackwood, what are your stats? I would not throw recommendations out to you before that. Also, I would bet, unlike the last post, that it is the subcutaneous fat that you need to shed on your stomach. Many people believe that they can isolate their upper and lower abdominals and this is not as easy as it seems. Many studies actually debunk the notion that you can isolate your upper and lower abs.

When most people are talking about their "abs" or "six-pack" they are talking about their rectus abdominus. They are the muscles that are in the center of your stomach that create the "wash board" effect. If you really look at the anatomy of them, and their response to stimulus through exercise or even EMG, you will see that they fire or respond together as a unit. Sure you can do "hanging leg raises," but you are going to be working all of the muscles of your rectus adbominus.

Although i do agree with you, studies also show that you can work different parts of the abs harder, but as you stated, you can not isolate them.

I agree. Like I was saying, if your body fat is low (and it looks fine from your avatar), then it's up to exercise or genetics. The exercises previously mentioned stress your lower abdominals.
