Situps and Curls

I have been doing them everyday for the past 4 weeks, is this bad? I do 3 sets of 10 crunches, then 3 sets of 10 side crunches for both sides. For my curls I do 10 reps of 3.
 
doing any exercise every day is bad, because you don't give them enough time to recover. stick to do em every other day
 
Overtraining. Slowed/No improvement.

Muscles grow at rest, not as you work them out. Remember that.
 
Thannks. So how many times a week should I do them or should I do one one day and then another another day. I also do two sets of calf raises.
 
two sets of 100 calf raises. From doing these I was able to grab rim in basketball while in college. I'm only 5 10 and white..lol
 
I think that you may be overtraining. Try working these muscles a little less often and you might find that you gain more ;)
 
Obitron: i hope you are doing more than just calf raises, bicep curls and crunches. You need to make sure your lifting routine is balanced (IE: For every pushing exercise; you need an opposing pulling exercise). If you fail to do this you'll notice a high amount of muscular imbalance.
 
you need to do bench presses, shoulder presses, bent over rows, pullups, lunges, squats, deadlifts, pushups etc. Take a look at some of the other posts that pertain to beginner workouts.
