I have been doing them everyday for the past 4 weeks, is this bad? I do 3 sets of 10 crunches, then 3 sets of 10 side crunches for both sides. For my curls I do 10 reps of 3.
Obitron: i hope you are doing more than just calf raises, bicep curls and crunches. You need to make sure your lifting routine is balanced (IE: For every pushing exercise; you need an opposing pulling exercise). If you fail to do this you'll notice a high amount of muscular imbalance.
you need to do bench presses, shoulder presses, bent over rows, pullups, lunges, squats, deadlifts, pushups etc. Take a look at some of the other posts that pertain to beginner workouts.
