Lay on your back with the BOSU under your shoulders and neck. One leg should be straight, the other should be bent, foot firmly planted on the ground. Your arms should be crossed over your chest.Extend your hips raising them, and your outstretched leg off the floor. Your body and outstretched leg should from a straight line. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds, return to the starting position, switch legs and repeat.
