When it comes to core I do 3 things
weighted russian twist for the obliques
weighted extended arm crunches for the upper abs
weighted reverse crunches for lower abs

15lbs is my weight, for toning. i would never personally want to bulk my abs because of the veiny look. I dont think girls like that hah
 
Great exercise shared here.Do this exercise lose our weight and which is the time to do this exercise?
