So weighed myself again today, I'm at 181lbs! WHOOT! I'm hoping to break 179lbs on Wednesday! Thank I can do it?
Went to the gym today too, did some weight training and intervals on the elliptical. Since tomorrow is Sunday, I'm gunna go to the gym, walk on the treadmill at a low and watch some Mythbusters! I don't have cable at my house so its the only way I can watch it! I normally don't work out on my off days, but, Mythbusters....
After I came home from the gym have me some pancakes, syrup and some milk (328 cal). I've been using mason jars (with the measurements on the sides) for cups so i can keep track of how much I'm drinking! Its perfect cup substitute!

I am not that hungry to eat so much as 1800 cals. I'm forcing myself to eat 1200 cals a day! Making to much of a change for me all at once will not work for me. One step at a time. I understand I need more often, but I do eat very healthy. Grilled chicken, salads, tuna, flounder, olive oil, milk, tofu, (surprised that yams are good for you
) and every other day I have a liquid multi-vitamin and a fish oil supplement (my hair recently looks awesome). I'm not sure what you mean by "every 3-4 walking hours" but I cannot and do not have the time to go walking for 3-4 hours. But what I am doing now is something I know i can stick with without a struggle and that's what I want, something that I don't have to overly think about. I don't want food to rule my life anymore, and over thinking everything will drive me crazy. The weight I had lost before falling off the bandwaggon had stayed off, so I know what works for me now (finally) and I'm going to stick to it and keep experimenting. Thank you for your advice and hopefully one day I can have the "irreversible" weight loss!

I HATE reality TV but watching the biggest looser gives me ideas that help me along the way. Like exercise tips and food tips etc. Also, if they can loose 100lbs+ in 4 months, imagine what we can do?
