OK I've played football(soccer, whatever
) since about aged 10, and play Badminton every once in a while.
But now with me getting older, approaching my 19th birthday and a big summer ahead in 2006, I want to really push my fitness up a level, aiming for 9%/10% body fat by next June, which considering I am about 15%/16% body fat now(rough estimate) I think is a pretty realistic target.
As for what this has to do with any of you, advice on what to eat? When to train? How to train? Would be greatly appreciated. It's mostly all about Cardio work as it is for my football performances that I am doing this, but I would also like a 'toned' look around my mid section.
