Hello and welcome to my thread. I am up too late tonight, so this intro post will be brief. I am a 40-something guy with a lot to lose... in weight! The picture below actually shows me after losing 25 pounds to date, at 308 pounds. Still weighing over 300 lbs is nothing much to grin about, but it's better than 333! Sorry I got kinda corny with the clipart, but I don't want my face shown and I really didn't care for how some people scratched out theirs!
My goal is to lose 100 pounds total, maintaining around 235. I am 6'8'', so losing 100 pounds might be a real fight against my stocky body type (endomorph).
I am impressed by how you all post notes of support to each other, especially newcomers. So, until I can make another post with more detail, let me just invite you to practice your support on me! Thanks in advance!
