Shoulders

I am deciding to go back into a split because I am focusing on gaining some mass. I am really wanting to get bigger shoulders.

I am currently doing dumbell shoulder press and have seen results from that, but I am looking for some more shoudler exercises, as I want them to really grow!

Also, as far as back goes, are there any exercises other than rows you can do (when keeping in mind I only have dumbells and bench/barbell).

Plus theres a hell of a lot less potential for injury doing chinups/pullups than say upright rows. Most peoples form on rows is simply shocking.

Raises FTW!

Side raises, bent over side raises. Bang in some shrugs to bring your traps out at the same time. Military presses I'd chuck in there too for the hell of it.

Word to the wise though, watch you weight and form with raises. You can do a nice little pain number on yourself otherwise. (And please don't roll in the shrug ;) )

agreed, rotate barbell military press with shoulder press. shrugs for the traps will help the back and shoulders, but its UP & DOWN only, no 'rolling' unless you wanna damage your rotator cuffs.

get a pullup bar, cuz rows don't hit the lats directly enough...they mostly hit the middle back...rhomboids and such.

barbell/dumbbell pullovers help too.
 
Forgive my ignorance but what do you mean by "rolling" the shrugs? Do you mean moving your shoulders in a circular motion? I've never seen that.

I thought pullovers were primarily for the chest (rib cage) and tri's. I'm glad if they also work the shoulders because they are one of my fasvorites.
