Shoulders??

Hey, I've been doing shoulder excersises for a month now, mostly dips and pucsups. I've been doing about 150 pushups and 200 dips every 2nd day and I haven't seen any great results on the front of my shoulders, but my shoulder blades seemed to improve. Can anyone name me some exercises (without gym equipment) to make improve the front of my shoulders?
 
Well, at the lowest technology, handstand push-ups are huge for delts. If you can do 100-300 legit handstand push-ups, I'm going to bet you look like you've got shoulder pads on underneath your clothes.
