Working the shoulders
Is it normal for worked-out shoulders to feel different than worked-out muscles in the arms, legs, or chest? I'm asking because I feel like I hit my shoulders pretty hard -- they are always the most difficult exercises to perform for me -- but they never feel as wobbly, sore or weak after a workout, even the following day. They often feel a bit tight, and I can feel weakness if I flex them, but it's just not as palpable as other muscles.
And also, they tend to ache more vaguely rather than be sore in a sharp kind of way.
On the other end of the spectrum, I can always feel my biceps after a workout, even though they are not my weakest muscles.
