shoulder

What kind of exercise of workout that can help me build shoulder muscle... I dont have a broad shoulder to start with.... can anyone help me??

im actually working to get my shoulders a bit bigger now as well.

there are three parts of your shoulder. the anterior (front, near pec), deltoid (middle) and posterior(connects to ur back).

to find some good workouts for them check this site.... click on exercise map and there should be a model of a guy, click on the shoulders and u will see the exc. for the shoulders.

Overhead presses, Arnold presses, steep incline presses, handstand pushups (try them with your feet high on the wall if needed), and my favorite, the overhead farmer's walk (hold two dumbells up as high as you can and walk - do this for time).
