shoulder exercises

hey all,

i've been working out for the better part of 2 years now. as of now i'm pleased with my results...there's just one problem. where my chest, arms, and back have developed, my shoulders have noticably fallen behind. i thought i have been doing the correct exercises for them, but i guess not.

can anyone suggest a good exercise that would help develop that ball on the shoulders i'm looking for? thanks..

shoulder press is really good.
dumbell rows are really good.
