Im keen to start working out again, but the fact that im not quite sure if im doing my situps right is a bit of a detterent.
i used to do 50 situps every other day, but the right way to do them is to keep your back straight and your knees at 90 degrees to the floor right?
After about 30 i can no longer lift myself up using just my abdominal musceles, i have to curve my back and spread my legs when i get to the top, im pretty sure this cheating so i may as well stop at 30?
It would just really help my self assurance if someone could confirm this for me.
I also do 100 bicycle kicks (think thats what theyre called) afterwords as i think this is the only way to work lower abs?
