hi me robert again ok bye now everybody should know my goals to lose fat and gain mucsel. right now i'm doing a full body workout and i wanted to learn about spilts so i was reading around the site a little before i ask and this guy freddy posted this plan a day or two ago and i like it but to lose fat where should i do cardio please read the post bye freddy and tell me what should i do to it to lose fat please help thanks so very much
