should i up my caloric intake diet up to 2000?

right now im trying to eat about 1600 calories a day
alota protein, moderate carbs and some good fats (omega 6 , 3)

but lately ive been eating more .... and it sorta feels like im losing more weight when im eatin more ... but i dont really know for sure ... its like its playing mind games on me haha.
but ne ways ... im ne where between 190-195 and im 6' tall.
should i put it to 2000 calorie diet ? would it work better
thnx

my activity

im trying to lose.
im fairly active ... my job is stocking shelves ... so im constantly moving/lifting somewhat heavy things/putting away orders ect ...
and days when i dont work i go for a 8km run.
there are also nights when i go skateboarding for an hour or two ... sometimes 3 or 4 if im skating good. i also work out ... right now im not doing all muscles because i dont have enuf weights and i hate switching weights back and forth, so im waiting to get a new bench and weights and all. right now im just working out my chest every 2nd-3rd day.

thats pretty much what i do during days .... work and when im not working go for a good run ... skateboard some nights when theres nothin to do.

and theres also the occasional day where i just stay in and laze around .... havnt really had one of those in awhile tho.
but yea, thats it.
i guess i could be counter-productive in burning fat by eating only 1600 calories .... hope that helps tho ... and hope u can help
thnx

definitly eat more, you dont want to get your body in starvation mode or else you will lose all your energy + your body will resist losing weight. You get in that mode by eating under 500 calories per day for a while below your required calorie intake.
