Sholder Problem.

Hi there,
I have weired problem i was wondering how can this be solved at all..
I have my right shoulder bigger than the left since i play cricket,R/Ball and Baseball(Pitcher) where i need use the right hand more than left this shoulder got bigger length wise.. Now i'm trying to increase the lenght of left shoulder but i haven't been successful at all.. is there any exercise you guys can let me know so that i can do that and have my left shoulder broaden too..

When you workout with weights, focus on both equally. Over time, they will even out. Don't spend more time on the smaller one, or you will find the same problem on the opposite side. Workout evenly.
 
When you're doing shoulder press, lower the bar whilst concentrating on the left shoulder - let it do more of the work. This is called negative-repping.

That way you're not spending more time on it, just increasing the quality of its work.

...Also, try to do more general activities with your left arm (picking things up etc). The more you do, the better co-ordination and feedback to the brain you'll build - therefore the stronger it will get when you work out.

And don't carry your bag on your right shoulder.
