shocker

i started to workout becase my friend got me into it and i wanted a bicep like his it's been i year and my bicep is bigger then his he is just i think the word is cut and skinny he is an ecto i'm a endo so my question is how do i get cut and the shocker part is i've been working out for one year and it was pointless well not pointless just not what i wanted i wanted to get cut not buff like you get me
 
to get muscle .. you gota eat lota calories .. youll put on a lil fat, but a good amount of lean muscle

to get cut ... you gota eat low calories ... you burn a very lil bit of muscle (if you diet properly), but lose a good amount of bodyfat.

so as you can see ... you gota do one .. then the other.
there are ways you can gain muscle and lose bodyfat ... but it would take a longer time to do ... you'd be better off putting all effort into one ... then all effort in the other one.

so make ur decision then go thru with it. cut or bulk? :D
