Okay, Here I go...I have just broken up with my boyfriend of 6 years and have gotton way too comfortable and gained way too much weight and I am ready to get back to ME!

Okay here are some of my life style change weight loss goals-
1. I currently weigh 160 lbs and I would like to get back down to about 125, so I would like to lose about 35 lbs.

2. I don't have any real dramatic time frame for losing weight. I understand just like weight comes on slowly, it also goes off slowly. More importantly I would like to change my lifestyle.

3. I would like to learn how to establish new habbits such as cooking whole and lean foods and exercising regularly. I would like to incorporate a little cardio and some strenght training for toning.

4. My family can support me in reaching my goal and also my place of work since it is an athletic occupation.

5. My goal is realistic as long as I can stay motivated and not get frusterated.

6. I have already started.







About what I ate today...

A sesame seed bagal with lt. cream cheese, cranberry relish, and honey turkey.
Pasta Primavera and left over chicken and rice.
2 carrots
4 cups of unsweet ice tea


What I did today...
short strength workout - 2 sets
lunges
crunches
toe raises
posse lifts
glute lifts
hamstring bridge
yoga pose
push ups
plie's
