Shelley's Before and now

Hey guys I thought I would finally post a pic of myself, the first one is the beginning of Summer and the last one was last week. When I lose a little more maybe I will get braver and post a pick of the "whole" me and not just the shoulders up I will post another one when I hit 165, I can hardly wait. Thanks to everyone for all their support.

OMG you don't understand how good that felt to hear that, it brought tears to my eyes, honestly. Thank you so much. It's still a work in progress but I think you can notice it in my face, I only have 2 chins now instead of three
