Ok im an 18 yrd old guy, 6'0" and weight 180-183lbs (vaires) id like to bulk up, while also maintaining my weight as much as i can. I try to eat as healthy as possible but its hard as hell
I come from a dutch family so my grandma always cooks big, fatty,hearty, delicious meals, lol. Im only starting this journal now, but i have been dieting/working out for about...3 weeks - 1 month now, pretty much every day for 1-3 hours (depending on the night).
HW: 210 (last month

CW: 180
GW: 170 (or until i feel i look good, this weight may change because im doing lots of weight training, and muscle weights more that fat)
I also take supliments that say they burn fat, increase metabolism, and control apitite. Take 2, 1 hour before lunch+supper
