First off, I'm 16, about 5'10'' 180lbs, I want to get to 160-165lbs.
I just signed up for the YMCA, it's about 2.5miles from where I live. Was planning on walking all of it, there and back, and spending about 2-3 hours swimming and lifting weights. Can I do this every weekday without burning myself out ? I eat right and I'm on a good sleep schedule. Btw I usually jog a mile in the mornings on weekends, can I still do that?
