I consider myself fairly advanced fitnesswise. I do a variety of activity. I'm going on vacation in six weeks and I'd like to do something that'll just blast my body. I'm looking for a routine that'll do that.
I lift a lot, heavy, light, pyramid, slow-fast, strength, and endurance, upper/lower body/total splits.
For cardio, I adore step and floor aerobics and occasionally kickboxing. I also do circuit and interval training, and have lots of endurance for all these training styles.
I think I'm in good shape, but I desire that extra "umph" and I'd like a change of pace.
I do need diet help, but I guess that's not the focus of this forum. So considering what I already do, what would you do to chisel up in this time span?
