Severe judgement.

The title was to get people hooked up into the thread lol. First of all, hi everyone as this is my first time here. I'll be really grateful if you guys don't take my thread lightly, as I am in a critical mind condition, stress from university courses and what I'm going to show here.

This is my info:

Currently 5'7'', 1.70m (not much more coming, already 18 years old)
65kilos
18.70% body fat

I was 5'4'', 1.63m
76kilos!!! (insane!!!)
who cares about the % of body fat, I was bloody obese!

Please take a look at my pictures (I just took them seconds ago):

Pure fat huh?

My overall look.

Yes, that's my rib there.

This one is disgusting for me. It's the proof of my fast fat loss.

So, you can see I had a serious weight loss in a short period of time (I lost those 11 kilos in month aproximately).

Now to a point: I got myself into a gym a week ago, thus entering this complex world of bodybuilding. That's why I'm here, I want to have a GREAT body, I want to get ripped and strenghten up my self-confidence, which I lacked all this past years.

What I want to know is, how should I begin? Should I start a volume (that's how we can it in my country) rutine, and then starting a definition rutine? Or should I go straight for definition? I look pretty slim with clothes on, so I don't know if that would be the best way to go.

If the solution is going volume ---> definition. I would REALLY REALLY THANK ALL OF YOU if you'd guide me little by little on what should I eat, how should I train, and which things to focus on. The first things to know would be an appropiate diet and the proper weight lifting programm, isn't it? Hmmm I spend a lot of our in campus by the way.

Okay, I think this is too large of a thread, I was planning to cover up my gains regurarly so you guys could give me a hand from time to time.
Again, please ... do not take this thread lightly, I'm really really shocked by this issue :(

Thanks a lot everyone.

Oh, sorry for my bad english ... I'm from Peru.
(forum wouldn't let me edit the post because of the links, it's weird how I got them working then o.o)

My guess as to why no one has replied to this thread is that a lot of the information you are asking for is available in the sticky posts throughout this forum. You just need to look.

Okay kido, dom is correct a lot of information can be found in stickies but I will try to guild you through the first few weeks / months anyhow.

I would recommend that you continue doing weight-lost, via cutting back on calories but eat at least 1,500 calories a day of CLEAN food. Try to incorporate weight lifting 2-3 times a week; either way make sure to do the whole body in a week. Spend some time researching the PROPER FORMS for each movements. Watch the video online and maybe your fello gym members. Becareful though because I see a lot of guy members working out with really poor forms. Maybe observe the trainers as they train their clients. Once you get about 1 month of lifting down with good form, you should be down to 12% bf at your pace probably, then you can start a little bulking phase where you eat lots more carbs and put on some muscle.

Read more of the stickies and watch videos for proper bench press, squat, and deadlifts. Those are the 3 most powerful movements and great for overall body power.
