serious resources for 10/15 minutes rotating daily workout routines

Hi all!

I'm looking for resources (website, book, dvd, ...) to help me come up with rotating daily workout routines. I seem to only find infomercials and other "get amazingly ripped in 10 minutes a day", which I'm not interested in.. I don't want to get "ripped" nor get amazing [insert other overly developed muscles here] in 30 days. Instead what I want are thorough, reasonable, healthy workout sessions for overall fitness! It would complement all the walking/stairs climbing/stretching I already do. I'm already quite athletic and am familiar with most fitness exercises, and ideally I'd like something with little equipment (not big fan of weights)..! I understand it's usually best not to workout the same group of muscles every day, hence the "rotating" part of my question! I'd like to target most muscles that can be reasonably easily exercised.

If anyone's got any pointers to a good such resources!! :costumed:
