Serious problem, need immediate advice.

I got back from the gym today, after doing one set on controlled bench. What happened was I did my set, and immediately after got a terrible head pain.

I used to get them in the past from time to time, and they were very minor and I found that if I had a full stomach and breathed right while working out they weren't so bad. Eventually they went away.

Yesterday I worked out for the first time in about ten days, and the pain in my head was bad but not overly so, but today it was unbearable. I had to leave the gym holding my head it was so bad, and at points on my walk home I felt like I was going to pass out. Even now as I write this, I can feel a little bit of the pain.

I'm very worried. I am planning on seeing a doctor tommorow, and I don't want to be off he weights for too long. I don't want to fall behind everyone at my school of which I promptly grew stronger than.

Anyone have any advice or experience in this area?

thanks,

Peter

Seeing the doctor is defienetly a good idea, and dont worry about falling behind every body at school, if you got back on the weights and die of an aneurysm or something like that your going to be a hell of a lot further behind. Choose health over muscle.
