Seeking schedule, previously injured

Hello all,

I am comming back to the gym after about a year off because of nerve damage in my shoulder. I am healthy again and am having no pain at all. I have been working out for about a month and am ready to get serious. I am 6'1" and weigh 215lbs. 24% body fat. I am looking to get down to 15%. I have a pretty good diet and have been keeping up with that. What I need is a good workout plan. I will be in the gym 4 - 5 days a week with 1.5 - 2 hrs per day. I want a full body workout with cardio to get my BF % down. If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it. I am also used to working out pretty hard so whatever you have put it out there for me.

if you wanna lose fat you should eat correctly it's the way i lost so much (somewhere theres a thread :S) but yeh everyone will tell you best thing to do is eat right, then workout, but workout is still very important :D
