Seeing results?

i just have a question about seeing results and whatnot, i heard seeing results kinda varies among different people, but don't they usually start to kick in after about a month if u keep it at certain rate?
 
if you're consistent, you'll usually see changes after about 6 weeks.

but so much depends on your current levels. obviously if you're 100lbs overweight, 6 weeks is maybe 12 pounds of fat loss, and just isn't gonna be too noticable...although your energy levels and sleep patterns should stabilize.

you'll 'feel' the results before you actually 'see' them in the mirror.
