hey everyone,
so i aint new to this. just over a year ago i was 220lb. being young and active i just changed my eating habits and the pounds have shed off. the smallest i have been was 145lb. however since the summer i have gained just over 20lbs!!!!! so pretty much devastated my goal is to get back to a healthy weight of 150. i am currently at 168
. So please help me keep on track!!!
