Second Time Around

hey everyone,
so i aint new to this. just over a year ago i was 220lb. being young and active i just changed my eating habits and the pounds have shed off. the smallest i have been was 145lb. however since the summer i have gained just over 20lbs!!!!! so pretty much devastated my goal is to get back to a healthy weight of 150. i am currently at 168 :(. So please help me keep on track!!!

Hey sounds like you did great your first time around. It sucks when you start gaining some of it back but hey you don't have that far to go to get back to what you want to be so you can do it. Remember it is way easier to do it now than to wait til it's allllll back and then think omg how did this happen to me. Good luck!
 
ya it does suck. and everything has completely changed. i am in high school full time and i have two part time jobs so i can afford to go to university next year... ughh

Just get back on the saddle and you will be back down before you know it.

Welcome! You've done really well in the past and you can do well again :) Keep up the exercise and eating right and you'll be back at goal before you know it x
