New Journal to start fresh.

I will do everything in my power to adhere to the diet. Luckily, I managed to keep the 2 pounds I lost off, but for the price of my muscle mass. I've lost a lot of muscle because I haven't been working out.

Edit:
While typing this, a friend came by and brought me Halo-halo. It's this deliciously cold and sweet snack in the Philippines. Perfect for any weather, any time full or hungry. I can't believe the lord is so soon to test me. I terribly wanted to eat it. I WANTED to eat it. But I didn't.

I'm really happy for you that you're starting fresh and with exercises. Good for you.

But I feel there's one thing I should point out: skipping breakfast is not good for you or your weight loss goals. After not eating all night, your body needs that meal or it goes "Ah, there's a FAMINE! I'm just going to hold onto the fat because it looks like I'm going to need it." Also, morning is the prime time of the day for the body to repair muscle after a workout (which is important for maintaining it as you lose weight), which it is ill-equipped to do if it hasn't had any kind of nutritional intake since the night before and you're not giving it any until lunch. Even if you're not hungry, have a small something. Even something small will be a nice little way of saying to your body "Hey, there's still food out here. No need to panic."

Good luck this time around. You can do it. :)
 
Thanks for the advice :D I don't eat breakfast when I don't need to think too hard. But I eat when I go to school T_T I just can't seem to fit 1000 calories in a day without skipping a meal.

Five days after beginning this, I disappear for like a week.
Well, the dieting hasn't been good. I managed to keep the 2 lbs off so instead of fluctuating between 110 lbs and 112 lbs, it's now 108 lbs and 110 lbs. This week, I got my period so I've been craving everything. I recently started eating meat because me eating chicken hasn't had an effect on anything. Just had corned beef with rice for dinner. Yummeh.

I'm hungry right now but I'm trying to control my urges. It's really hard because I'm not popping those appetite suppressants anymore. But I'm going to try to do it without them. I think it would feel better that way.

I really want to eat mung beans and fried eggplant for 1 week. I don't really know why I'm craving it, but I really want to eat those. I wonder if they have any negative effects.

Today was almost a good day. But GAH, I ATE a damn muffin! That's like 700 right there at most. Jesus. One little muffin and it killed my diet.

Holy hell. I have no idea why I'm losing weight! I started eating meat and all! Maybe meat DOES help me stay less hungry. o.o My cravings have... stopped.

Weight: 106-107 lbs.

After I lose the 10 lbs, I'll concentrate in firming the muscles underneath.
 
Back to 107-108 pounds o.o I lost an inch on my waist.

Aaaand... I'm back to 108 lbs. Seriously. I quit my training, I lose muscle mass (2lbs). And now I go back to running because I miss it. My thighs are going to get big again. I just felt them getting smaller. -sigh-

Aaand... I'm back to 110 lbs. Oh well. It felt great while it lasted. Hmm. I'm going on a super diet tomorrow. I'm going to jog whether it rains or not. I'll try to keep it under 500 calories. The only thing that changed with my diet is that I ran out of cereal..

Screw this.

Also, I've been eating a lot of food with sodium. Maybe that's it. I hope that's it.
 
Thank goodness my weight stays at 108 on a normal day. It used to be 110. I'm glad I was able to keep the 2 lbs off.

High school reunion in exactly 7 days. Oh hell no. I gotta crash diet this one. I'm eating Fitness Cereal twice a day for the remainder of the 7 days.
 
Break from school in three weeks for about three weeks. I am very excited. I've managed to keep my weight to 108 lbs and I think my body has adjusted to this new normal weight. I'm hoping to lose two lbs during the break minimum. I'm hoping for three pounds so I can be exactly 105 lbs. Sounds so good. But three pounds may be too much. I'll do it one pound at a time. I WILL get to 100 lbs.

Actually, I'm thinking of crash dieting the whole semestral break but I might not get to enjoy it. God knows how much I need this break.
 
Gained two lbs back but I'm packing muscle. Nice. Got a gym membership, will start running soon. Classes are stressful. I've been drinking hot juice but it's a bit sugary. I'm getting rashes again from the sugar. Crap! o_O
