Scrawny to Brawny need opinions

So after a couple people here recommended buying Scrawny to Brawny, I did. I've read most of it. First though I want opinions from other people who have done their diet and exercise plan. Before I just jump into this I want some opinions. I mean, that's a lot of food they have you eating and I really don't have a lot of time, but as they'd say that is just an excuse. My plan is to jump right into exercise phase II because I passed all the tests. So has anyone read the book? What do you think? Did you get the results? Is it worth it?

Wait for Stroutman81 to answer that question. He's all about that book, and I'm pretty sure he's used some of the programs in there because he has said he's a hardgainer too. Also, that man is a wealth of knowlege
 
I too live by Scrawny to Brawny myself - it's a great book and Mike and John really know what they're talking about. I started out really small and am working my way up myself. Their plans are really superb and I strongly suggest that you follow what they are saying at least for a month or so. The really large plan that they laid out early on was 4,600 calories, which I really doubt you are at. Just lower the amounts until it reaches the amount that you calculated in the book.

But honestly, there is a ton of great information in the book, its really your choice if you want to stray from the facts given, but sticking with what they say is the route that will work for you, whether you do it or not.
