I think this will be a great way to help me stay motivated and make sure I stay on the bandwagon, and it will also help me stay organized, which is something I tend to have trouble with 
My name is Scott, I am 18 years old, I have yet to do measurements but I am roughly 185 lbs., 6' in height, and I'm not sure about the bodyfat. I have previously been in great shape, weighing about 165 lbs at 9% bodyfat, but it's pretty much been all downhill from there. I used to be very happy with my body, and it was a cool feeling to be able to take my shirt off and be proud of my body, but now I can feel the embarassment creeping back in! Anyways, I will be cutting, so fairly low carb, although I will still eat some fruit. I will post here at the end of everyday before I go to bed, and I will have a food log and an exercise log.
